Cookies and other tracking tools

- if the data subject deems that the processing of his/her personal data, carried out by the data controller, violates the provisions of EU Reg. 679/2016, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as set forth in Article 77 of EU Reg. 679/2016, or to take appropriate legal action (Article 79 of EU Reg. 679/2016).
- the data subject has the right to be informed, by the Data controller, who must do so without undue delay, of a personal data violation likely to present a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons (Art. 34 EU Reg. 679/2016).

The data controller reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy & Cookies Policy, at any time, by providing the announcement to Users on this page.
